I have had the pleasure of working with Aksana as my recruiter. She did an exceptional job matching my skills and experience to open job positions. She is enthusiastic, friendly and true professional. I'd definitely recommend Aksana to anyone who needs help finding a new opportunity.

I always thought that finding a job in NZ from overseas it's almost impossible and that I would have to be in NZ just to have the interviews. At London Expo I met Potentia team and they offered to help me finding a position to match my skills and experience. The whole process was straightforward and Lisa was very professional in dealing with my application.
With Potentia not only I had my first Skype interview with a NZ employer but also I secured a full time position. I am happy that I have chosen Potentia to be my guide through the job searching labyrinth. It's always difficult to enter a new job market but Potentia made it easy.
Carmen, Test Analyst, London
I really enjoyed the coaching sessions. It's one of things where you think "I won't bother as I'm doing ok and don't think I need coaching," but when I actually tried it I was impressed with the effect it did have on me. I found it reassuring that I was on the right track with my direction here in my new role and sometimes it helps just to talk things through and say them out loud, rather than just worrying by yourself. At the end of each session I would have a big smile on my face, so that speaks volumes! I would recommended the coaching to others without hesitation.
