The recent fast50 awards announced that Potentia featured again in the top 20 - taking spot #20. To the delight of the Auckland consulting team present, for the second year running Potentia featured in the top half of the register. "We're absolutely stoked to be recognised again" says Josh Comrie. "It was tough competition again this year and some great businesses have been recognised - including a number of our clients. Funnily enough though - had we entered with last years numbers this year, we actually would have won!"

When I first arrived at my new role I had been out of the corporate market for over 3 months and I was struggling to get my rhythm. After the first couple of weeks I had my first session with Peter who, thankfully, managed to help me open my eyes to how to be the best person to do the job I had been recruited for. Secondly, again from Peter’s expertise, he found a way for me to re-evaluate what I was doing which resulted in me getting greater traction in my new role.
