After months of an unsuccessful recruitment drive, it was great to have you come up with three strong candidates (within the agreed timeframe), and then to hire them all. After selling for 15 years in the same arena I moved to a niche industry that was new to me. Potentia recruited me and offered coaching sessions as part of their service. This was a point of difference from Potentia. As a result of coaching my cold call to meeting conversion rate has doubled with better qualified prospects. The coach that was offered to me is of a much higher standard than I have worked with in previous roles. Together we worked out effective methodologies and new angles by him asking questions and drawing the best out of me. I genuinely believe he has added value, he has helped me to become more successful faster as well as picking up a new industry.

There are a lot of IT consultants out there, who I have met in the last 3months...but very few like yourself, very professional and positive.
