After selling for 15 years in the same arena I moved to a niche industry that was new to me. Potentia recruited me and offered coaching sessions as part of their service. This was a point of difference from Potentia. As a result of coaching my cold call to meeting conversion rate has doubled with better qualified prospects. The coach that was offered to me is of a much higher standard than I have worked with in previous roles. Together we worked out effective methodologies and new angles by him asking questions and drawing the best out of me. I genuinely believe he has added value, he has helped me to become more successful faster as well as picking up a new industry.
