Since our last report on the market about six months ago, job volumes are down across most skill sets - indicating a switch from the "candidate short" market we've seen the last couple of years, to a "candidate rich" employers' market. While we're yet to see this correlate to a drop in earnings across the sector (in terms of data), our teams have already started to see the value of packages come down within certain skill sets.
