Covid-19: Potentia Update

About 4 years ago By Potentia

Potentia Update

In light of the announcement that New Zealand is moving to Alert Level 4, like so many other organisations across the country, our team has made the transition to remote working. This means our physical offices (both in Auckland and Wellington) have been temporarily closed as we port all of our services to a virtual state.

Whilst working remotely comes with its own set of challenges, we are fortunate that we’re already set up to adapt to these changes (flexible working has been embedded within Potentia’s way of working for a long time!). And because supporting our customers while working from home is not a new concept for us, it's a challenge we're 100% prepared for.

It would be wrong to call what we’re doing ‘business as usual’, because it’s not. Yes, our doors are open, although because we are working remotely – we need to be flexible, open-minded and adapt to suit! What’s most important is that we take these uncertain times in our stride, and continue to be here to support candidates and clients throughout the Covid-19 pandemic. What does this mean? Obviously, there’ll be a few changes in process, but we’re on hand to adapt. Whether that’s helping to facilitate phone and video interviews, to remote onboarding support, we’re committed to doing everything we can to minimise disruptions for candidates and clients alike.

We look forward to continually working closely with you as we navigate these difficult times. This is a new reality, for now, that we all need to adapt to and make the most of. As always, if there's anything at all we can do to help, don't hesitate to reach out – but above all else, stay safe and protect each other!
