​A few weeks ago, we welcomed Harmony-Grace Puna to our Wellington whānau as Contracting Community Manager, meaning there are now nine of us down here! But this one is a bit of a milestone…our first community focused hire. Up until now, our operations team has been managed centrally by the Auckland team, so to finally have our very own ops superstar on the ground is a gamechanger. And while she will be providing some admin and marketing support, Harmony’s main focus will be our contractor community.

Why now?

Over the last 12 months, we’ve been taking steps to improve our contractor journeys – specifically the experience you have with us at every touchpoint along the way (watch this space – we’ve got some big news coming next month). We are always looking for ways to improve the experience we provide for contractors and Harmony is going to have a big impact on taking this to the next level.

What does this mean for our contractors?

It’s all about streamlining your experience with one dedicated contact. From timesheet approvals and extensions to all those random day-to-day queries, she will be the go-to person for anything you might need throughout your contract. Of course, our Account Managers won’t be far away from the action, so when it comes to opening doors to new contracts, chatting about the market, or anything else you might need Abe, Alison or anyone else in the Potentia whānau for, they’ll still be here to help you out.
