WIth existing customers wanting help in overhauling legacy systems and creating streamlined and cost effective technology solutions, this organisation has rapidly built strong partner relationships (Microsoft being the key player) to be able to fulfill a wide variety of requirements. 2021 is looking busy and this is one of a number of planned hires for Q1.
The opportunity:
With the huge uptake of interest from the existing client base of managed service clients, there is a need to bolster the consulting team with another business analyst at an intermediate to senior level. With a backlog of requirements to be executed, the role will be focused on getting in front of clients to validate these requirements and taking them through to delivery and implementation and will be focused around process automation and data. Given the wide variety of industries and sectors, you will be solving a plethora of problems!
The fit (of the ideal candidate):
- 4+ years of proven BA experience, ideally within a consulting environment
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Comfortable sitting in front of customers, acting as the liaison between business and tech
- A willingness to learn new tools
- Experience with PowerApps (Power BI etc.) would be highly beneficial
- Experience with Jira or something similar is preferred
