Service management plays a big part in how the organisation manages their customers and their experience. You will help to analyze and re-engineer some key processes to help streamline the environment.

The skills and experience we need you to bring:
- You will have at least 5 years experience as a Senior Business Analyst
- Understand ITIL or Service management principles
- Process re-engineering
- Able to work with the Portfolio project team and vendors
- Ability to self organise and ask questions confidently

- Hourly rate
- 6 month + contract
- South Auckland
