The opportunity: 


Service management plays a big part in how the organisation manages their customers and their experience. You will help to analyze and re-engineer some key processes to help streamline the environment.

The skills and experience we need you to bring:

  • You will have at least 5 years experience as a Senior Business Analyst
  • Understand ITIL or Service management principles
  • Process re-engineering 
  • Able to work with the Portfolio project team and vendors
  • Ability to self organise and ask questions confidently

Contract Details:

  • Hourly rate
  • 6 month + contract
  • South Auckland
  • Starting  ASAP
