The Organisation

The government organisations we are partnering with at present have under 1000 staff but have sites spread geographically across the country and play a key role in impacting the lives and wellbeing of New Zealanders.

Your role

Be the voice of the users and come into an existing project as business change manager rolling out a new telephony system organisation wide or rolling out Office 365. Both roles require an initial current state assessment, change plan, training needs assessment and the doing of enacting the change and taking the users on the journey.

Key skills you'll bring

· Strong proven change management skills being the voice of the impacted users rolling out technology (Ideally Telephony of Office 365)
· You will be able to point to where you have not only completed the associated change documentation but taken users on the journey with the change
· Proven experience and knowledge of the workings of government would be a plus
· You will bring a change tool kit with you and be able to complete current state assessments, change plans and training need assessments and be able to point to this experience in your CV
