About the role:
With strong foundations established on the business and industry side, this company is currently looking to further enhance the functional technology aspects through the intuition and guidance of a dynamic CTO/Technical Leader. This role demands a lateral thinker with agnostic software development ability who can make informed decisions on development practices and architecture. This role is a strong prospect for someone looking to make the step up into a CTO role for the first time or a more seasoned profile looking for a fresh, autonomous challenge in interesting problem space.
In the role, you will:
Make informed development decisions and design the technical orientation of the product.
Develop on greenfield projects to create usable and intuitive applications.
Consult with prospective customers/users on how potential system integrations would take place.
Implement robust and meaningful agile practices.
Craft a scalable and usable product for a large-scale user group.
Ideally, you will have:
10+ years of software design, architecture and implementation experience.
Familiarity with various engineering stacks and comprehensive full-stack development expertise.
A strong entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for building new products.
A willingness to learn and stay hands-on.
Excellent communication skills and an ability to articulate advanced technical information to a range of stakeholders.
