Cloud Engineer/Consultant
The opportunity:
A trusted name in IT is looking for a Senior Cloud Consultant to continue the outstanding delivery of services for their clients. You will be a Swiss army knife, knowing exactly which tool to use while working across a vast range of clients. You will be given the opportunity to tinker with new tools to ensure you are ready when duty calls!
The role:
As a Cloud Consultant, you will be engaging in design, implementation and management of cloud platforms. You will use your strong CI/CD experience to help deliver secure technology solutions using industry best practices around DevOps. You will also provide continuous environment optimisation and be part of a collaborative and active team to deliver excellent services to clients.
Your fit:
Experience working with Azure or AWS (Azure preferred)
Strong experience with automation/configuration management and tools for cloud platforms
Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code such as Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM Templates
Working knowledge of source control and editor environments; Git, VS Code, Azure DevOps, Atom
Experience implementing and operating secure cloud environments
Experience with Kubernetes and Docker is an advantage
