Your role:
Working alongside an internal team, you will be leading the process to facilitate creation of a future state, working through the detailed experience design for the support model.
The skills and experience we need you to bring:
- Must have 3+ years experience in CX design with service design capability
- Experience and knowledge in telecommunication and technology or B2B customer experience would be an advantage.
- A passion for problem solving through design and seeing the value in taking an iterative approach to design
