The role
You will joining to lead an existing delivery team of 6 developers and a tester to ensure the continuous delivery of enhancements and improvements to the new cloud based digital service platform based on feedback from the users of the system.
You will be championing best practice in the area of continuous integration and delivery. You will also be providing reporting around risk management and continuous improvement processes as and when required.
Ideal candidate
Strong proven track record of delivery with a continuous integration and delivery approach
Point to your proven experience engaging with stakeholders at a SLT level and be able to turn technical jargon into plain business speak and outcomes
Seasoned at leading and inspiring technical delivery teams to positive outcomes
Have worked in both a vendor and government environment
Can think at both a hands-on delivery and big picture strategic level.
