We are looking for an ambitious and self-motivated Data Analyst. The successful candidate will be a problem solver with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will take
ownership of key client data and cross-channel campaigns, delivering extraction, analysis,
reporting and data visualisation.

The role:
- Reporting on campaign and customer data effectively using tools such as Google Data Studio
- Planning, implementation and analysis of Google Analytics
- Provide analysis on customer trends and customer journey activity, driving actionable-insights and lifecycle value generation
- Collaborate with the design, digital strategy and development teams to implement A/B split tests for our landing pages and campaigns (CRO)
- Utilise GTM to set up user website tracking, conversion tracking, attribution modelling and A/B Testing
Knowledge and skills:
- Great communication skills and ability to lead conversations
- Ability to identify right data to achieve customer goals and outcomes
- Experience in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Exposure to HTML, SQL, Javascript
- Understanding of Python is a big plus
- Finance or asset management background is a plus
- Ambitious and positive result driven attitude
- Experience with managing data governance frameworks, data policies a plus
