The role:
The journey of growth and change this business has been on has been radical. And it's not slowing down. A leadership role has emerged to lead and manage the digital Salesforce and Cloud practice within the business.

The role breaks down into four core components:
  • Technology roadmap: vision and leadership; commercial to technical; build and run
  • Practice leadership: growth and management of your area and small team (initially!)
  • Delivery leadership: predictable milestones and commercial acumen
  • Technical leadership: Go to woah, internal teams/stakeholder and partner management, matching technology with customers needs

Emerging from a technical and business background you’ll understand Salesforce, Marketing Cloud and be on the path to understanding ROI in marketing and media campaigns.  You’ll be happy to learn to build and execute against a roadmap and vision, contributing to strategy. Reporting directly to the Managing Director you'll marry delivery and technical leadership in the fast-paced world of contemporary business.
