Background to role
There are currently two Developers as well as a Tester, BA and Architect/ERP Specialist. They have recently begun moving to the Azure cloud and are modernising a number of applications. They're in charge of core strategic applications and are looking to create new applications as needed by the wider business.
Your role
As a Senior Developer, your role sits within the small applications team, which is currently just a team of five including an Architect, BA and Tester. This team is tasked with developing and maintaining all proprietary applications, as well as evolving a roadmap for Resene's architecture and applications. You will collaborate both internally and with external vendors/partners and work on a variety of project and BAU work. They have recently begun moving to the Azure cloud and are modernising a number of applications.
Key skills required
- 7+ years of software development experience
- Core development in experience in .NET Core using C#, MVC, ASP.NET
- Proven intergration experience using RESTful API's or similar
- Front-end experience in any of Angular, Vue, React or equivalent
- Clear, confident communication skills
- Ideally solid knowledge of a range of Azure services
- Help create bespoke applications
- Small team with ability to influence architectural decision making
