Enable new processes and way of working whilst orchestrating the headline programmes of work with your teams
Balancing technical knowledge with strategy, you’ll be able to talk turkey with your teams whilst understanding the limitations and business impact of adopting, rejecting and optimizing technology from legacy to bleeding edge. As mentioned above there’s a bunch of edgy and challenging work in the roadmap.
Is this going to ultimately deliver a better experience and value to the customers and in turn the business and team. You will have emerged form an engineering/technical background and worked within a financial services or bank enterprise and its relevant compliance and needs. Preferably this entity will have embarked on a digital and technology change journey with you at the helm in an executive capacity. Working at a large scale, you will have driven roadmap and strategy development, executing initiatives and orchestrating through wide teams. Contemporary in your leadership practices, you will be dangerously proficient with modern work practices, tooling and processes. Thriving in a complex technology and change environment, this is the role that will give you the pips in New Zealand if you already reside here or plan to shift home.
