Founded by three kiwis who saw the opportunity to build digital employees using homegrown AI in real-time, tech power into the hands of their customers. Now their prospective customers are clamoring to bring the productivity gains this software provides into their businesses leading to ramping growth. This has led to an ever-expanding customer and sales team. Given the scale of this opportunity this business has employed and acquired an executive team renowned for the successful growth of some of NZ's most recently sold and listed tech sector sharemarket darlings. They've built a company from scratch that leveraged technology and strong industry knowledge leading them to recently win a multitude of awards, trophies and accolades. The products are doing well, but the requirements to scale and bring new features to market to meet the hungry demands of their customers are increasing.


Leadership:

The journey of growth and change this business has been on has been radical. And it's not slowing down. A leadership role has emerged to lead and manage the entire product development team within the business.


The role breaks down into four core components:
  1. Engineering/Technology strategy and execution
  2. People leadership and growth of the product development team
  3. Delivery management and systems and practices ownership
  4. Technology governance

To be able to fulfill this role you will be driven by the opportunity to influence the direction of people’s growth in the business. You’ll celebrate the opportunity to unify the hearts and minds of those in the engineering team, igniting a sense of purpose and connecting them to the company’s vision. Emerging from a background in a software vendor developing products, you will have rolled out successful, scalable delivery systems and owned the whole product development sphere. You’ll be confident channeling rich data to the exec or board and contributing to strategy. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll marry commercial, people and delivery leadership skills in the fast-paced world of contemporary product development.
