Project HR Partner | 6 month contract
This is a significant project in scale and scope it is a Technology focused Programme for a large ERP replacement in a complex enterprise environment. The programme has a 24 month life cycle and will be very fast paced.
Reporting into the programme director this is the sole HR person in the programme. You will be able to call on the HR and recruitment team for support but ultimately, we are looking for someone who can be end to end and that is happy to be hands on.
The initial focus will be the creation of job descriptions, setting up recruitment pipelines for project staff then guiding the programme leadership through the recruitment and onboarding process. This is a volume role with, and estimated recruitment run of 40-50 roles.
What you need to be successful:
HR experience in either a complex enterprise IT environment or an IT Programme/Project with a large team
Strong IT knowledge including project services
A hands on approach, initially there will be a lot of content to write for job descriptions.
Self starter, you will be expected to own the recruitment process and the onboarding process for this programme.
Volume recruitment experience
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
The person we are looking for:
Being a project environment you will need to hit the ground running from day one, hands on in your approach that you will be able to advise, design process but then shift into writing the content for job descriptions then pivoting again as required.
