The Opportunity:
The role is to lead the design and implementation of the Voice of Customer Programme, migrating off legacy processes and systems to fit for purpose. You will build the business case, design and build a business innovation panel to support both agile qualitative customer feedback practices and improvement of a range of impact metrics. Using “out of the box” thinking, you will combine ad hoc qualitative and quantitative capabilities as well as mentor a team of data super users to accurately interpret research data, unleashing its meaning and present the insights in a easily digestible manner
Your Background:
Demonstrated experience leading the design and delivery of Voice of Customer programmes
10+ years’ experience in an insight, market research management, data analyst role with an excellent track record
Strong primary research experience both in qualitative and quantitative approaches is essential
Experience with market research data analysis (qualitative and quantitative)
Understanding of advance modeling and analytics
Strong ability to distill large amounts of data into key action oriented insights to tell a story that is easily consumable by time-pressured audiences. Excellent presentation preparation skills
Experience in using data analytics and cross tabulation tools such as Harmoni, Market Sight or SPSS or others
