The business:
A large ultitles provider with a strong physical presence. Critical systems and infrastructure run this 24/7 operation.
Your role:
As part of the Operations Centre Support team you are first line support for all the Server and Platform (MS Environment) and Application troubleshooting. As this is a 24/7 operation any outages need to be resolved quickly and your incident and problem management skill set will come into play - triaging events and escalating where required.
The skills and experience we need you to bring:
5+ years experience configuring, supporting and operating Microsoft Server environments
Have held a first line support role before
Possess strong communication skills
Ability to troubleshoot a range of server, platform or network related issues
Contract Details:
Hourly rate
6 month + contract
Auckland CBD
