Purpose:

The purpose of this role is to be the coordinator during the onboarding of new members onto the Central Hosting IT solution for the initial stages of the project. We require someone to coordinate several third parties and internal staff members to ensure decisions are made in a timely manner and that issues are dealt with efficiently.

You:

  • Experienced Project Coordinator/Jr. Project Manager with 3+years of experience under your belt.

  • Strong relationship management skills including the ability to ensure that both people and tasks remain on-time and focussed

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including raising difficult issues or dealing with difficult situations

  • Strong ethics and professionalism in all matters and previous experience in Microsoft Office suite and SharePoint

  • Experience creating reports with strong attention to detail planning, organising and prioritising skills

  • Some confidence in technical IT terminology, Cloud services and IT infrastructure, or a willingness to learn.


Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate and conduct regular meetings between Vendors, Head of IT, Operations Manager and CEO where applicable

  • Assisting the Operations Manager and Head of IT to ensure the project remains within budget

  • Field enquiries and assisting the Head of IT and Operations Manager to ensure that any issues are dealt with quickly by vendors

  • Maintain an overview of all aspects the Central Hosting Project to ensure that milestones are completed as per the project plan

  • File a fortnightly status report to the Head of IT

  • If required - liaise with the IT support team to ensure members CH issues are being dealt with in a timely manner

  • Defer all decisions to the Head of IT or CEO, but ensure that these decisions are made in a timely manner
