Role
We are currently working with several Government agencies to help build internal business analysis capability and/or contribute expertise to a range of high-profile projects and service transformations. The roles are varied and cover a breadth of subject matter, all are focussed on improving services and outcomes for the New Zealand public.
Key Duties
Collaborating with stakeholders to identify, understand, define and document business needs and objectives and current process and procedures.
Defining and documenting business and operational functions and processes
Acting as the conduit between stakeholders and/or subject matter experts.
Building effective working relationships
Key Skills
Strong written, communication and facilitation skills.
Strong relationship building skills and consultative approach.
Strong analytical thinking skills; able to make connects beyond the immediate issue, assimilate complex information and explain it clearly to others.
Strong self-management skills
Extensive experience providing high quality documentation and communications (verbal and written) within a project or programme.
Understanding of business process modelling techniques and methods and experience in the use of modelling tools.
Experience co-designing services with external service providers and/or frontline service delivery staff.
Experience implementing business/operational change to customer facing services
