A Wellington CBD based Government organisation who work to grow a high-performing New Zealand are seeking an experienced Commercial and Contract Manager.
The Role
Reporting to the Principal Manager, you will be responsible for managing ICT suppliers from contract negotiation to contract end. You will take responsibility for those contracts that have been identified for specialist management attention via the team Commercial Pipeline, monitoring performance, cost and compliance with the contract. You must be IT savvy and able to communicate with a range of technical stakeholders, whilst also bringing excellent writing skills within a business context.
Key Skills and Experience
- At least 5+ years working with commercial contracts for IT vendors
- Excellent writing skills across contracts, statements of work and other contractual documentation
- Negotiating complex contract agreements
- Strong relationship builder
