The role:
Senior developers form part of the software leadership team at Tally that leverage their experience and technical knowledge to help achieve business and technology outcomes.
The fit:
Being accountable for technical delivery of the services of the scrum team
Providing technical direction and assistance to developers in the scrum team.
Coaching and mentoring of the team
Assess risk proactively, identify mitigations and maintain delivery trajectory
Development of secure code using both frontend and backend technologies
Systems Integrations using Rest APIs and webhooks.
Develop within a cloud-based environment using Microsoft stack.
Screen / user function design for energy market UI.
Work with the core product team to create new product components and improvements.
Engage in code-reviews, planning, design and technical discussions.
Work in an agile development environment with a delivery focus to achieve team goals within sprint timeframes.
Participate in tech lead forum with other senior developers / technical leads to solve complex problems which cross domains
Work with other senior developers / technical leads to refine on development standards
Work with solutions architects to shape the direction services of the software platform
Use learning platforms and resources available to further develop professional and technical skillset
