Our client is the Government's leading business-facing agency who contribute to improving the well-bring of New Zealanders. They are looking for a Senior Project Coordinator to join their high-performing ICT team of committed, fun and innovative individuals that take pride in their work.
You will create strong partnerships with multiple Project Managers and be responsible for coordination across 2-3 projects at any given time. You will be responsible for the project financials, maintain schedules, project reporting, and use your 5+ years in Project Coordination to ensure the smooth running of the projects through to delivery is met.
Skills & Requirements
A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Coordinator, ideally in large New Zealand government agencies
Proven ability to provide support on multiple projects that are at different phases.
You must be good with numbers and have extensive project financial experience, ideally experience with FMIS or have the ability to easily pick up new financial systems.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
The ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships.
