The Role:
As a Senior Project Manager you will help to take over and successfully deliver a significant HR change program which dovetails across LMS and ATS systems, as well as the necessary operation change that's required for success implementation.
Your Skills:
- Proven experience running business change projects
- An ability to motivate and challenge detailed orientated stakeholders
- Strong appreciation for Change Management principles
- Experience implementing HR systems would be beneficial
- 6 months +
