WPP are a multinational creative transformation company who work across communications, advertising, PR, technology and commerce and harness the power of creativity to build better futures for their clients and community.

Background to role

WPP have around 100 users of their service in Wellington and 400 throughout NZ. They are using Service Now as their ticketing platform and have a vendor who will help with certain aspects of systems support. This role is replacing someone who was a part-time resource and bringing them on board in a permanent capacity.

Your Role

Your role will be to carry out day-to-day operations for the IT Service Desk in Wellington to ensure business flows smoothly for customers. You will be dealing with Level 2 and 3 support issues across both Windows and Mac environments. You would be working independently as a sole resource for Wellington based WPP customers.

Key Skills you will bring

· Strong troubleshooting knowledge across both Windows and Mac OS
· Proven experience working in Level 2 and 3 support in a range of environments
· Ability to be self-managing and work without day-to-day guidance
· A strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service and liaising with stakeholders in a personable and professional way
· Excellent communication skills and work ethic need to be in your DNA
