Your role:

You will be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships and improving our services to maintain customer satisfaction. 

The skills and experience we need you to bring:

  • Ability to build genuine relationships
  • A keen eye for customer requirements and pain points
  • Experience managing budgets
  • Ability to assess customer feedback, using your creativity to establish, improve, and refine services
  • Building partnerships and liaising with team leaders to determine the company's services, delivery criteria, and solutions for issues that may arise
  • A project management capability/skillset, - resource planning etc
