You will be providing technical know-how for the ServiceNow environment and assist the business owner with automation, documentation and testing of new services. Bringing your knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle, ITSM and ITIL applied in a ServiceNow environment, as well as an understanding of SQL, JavaScript and XML to the business.
