Who we are...
Potentia is a New Zealand owned and operated recruitment leader in the Technology, Policy & Change sectors, continually recognised for our achievements having received both domestic and international awards.
The technology industry is evolving at an incredibly rapid pace and is a constant growth area of NZ’s GDP. Our focus around talent in the contemporary areas of innovation, digital and technology reflects our ongoing drive to specialise where we're needed most.
Aside from our award winning approach, we also have a stellar team and a culture to match – this means a strong social club, and our celebration of everything and anything we can. Especially around quality - we don't just love the numbers.
How we do...
Professionally – Potentia is a company where you can develop and grow; we offer a minimum of 2 hours of dedicated professional/personal development per week, as well as some owner/managers with a lot of combined experience and a 'roll your sleeves up and help you out' mentality.
As one of our team of Talent Managers, you will work with our Account Managers to introduce candidates for specific jobs and then stay in touch as they progress in their roles. Key to achieving this will be the inner communities of superb technology & change professionals with whom you build and nurture relationships.
Working in our contracting recruitment team you have the chance to make a difference'. Professionals in the tech sector need help to navigate their careers, right-skilling and ensuring their decisions make sense! You'll be the one that helps them to do that.
Come join us if...
In an ideal world, you would have 2+ years' experience in a similar role where you successfully sourced, assessed and managed Technology & Change candidates. However, if you don't have this experience but can prove to us you have the hunger for success, are considered a "go to" person, uber-organised and enjoy building relationships that stand the test of time, we can coach you on the rest!
In return for your hard work, you will be well rewarded financially and learn best practice approaches so you can join us in positively impacting people's lives.
Only those who enjoy the hum of an open office, ubiquitous background beats and are up for an occasional scooter race around the office, need apply.
