With a stellar client base that spans both public and private sectors, they have great ambitions locally and internationally, which is why they are now looking for a UX researcher to join the user experience team.


About the role:

You will be responsible for designing and conducting user research, assisting in the design and implementation of early-stage design and product definition activities, and communicating research insights to stakeholders and team members. You will examine existing data and product designs to generate hypotheses and plans for high-impact research. Prioritising and driving research to improve user experience through multi-method research projects.

You will be comfortable developing statistical models to understand user experience and driving change by communicating findings to stakeholders in the company. Importantly you will make research findings convincing and actionable for both research experts and non-experts, whilst engaging Product, Engineering and Design teams in research activities, and advocate findings to product and leadership teams through written reports and in-person presentations.

You will also continue evolving and developing the research-led, customer-focused design and development ethos. Upskilling and training others around you in UXR best-practices.


Skills required to be successful:

  • 5+ years’ experience working in a similar UX Research role (ideally within a SaaS company)
  • Mastery of a broad set of research methods, e.g., interviews, surveys, usability evaluations, field studies, basic quantitative analyses, online experiments, log-analytic studies, and advanced quantitative analyses.
  • Good communication skills to clearly articulate user problems to a wider audience
  • You love the challenge of making the complex simple, and you don’t mind a bit of travel to get results
  • You are collaborative by nature and enjoy sharing knowledge with others
  • Ability to fluidly learn and apply knowledge of functionality, behavior, flows, etc. of product concepts and/or products to be researched.
