The terms and conditions for Potentia's Refer a Friend Programme are:
Referred candidates must not be known to Potentia Recruitment. If they have previously registered with us (or have applied for our jobs), then no reward will be provided.
Referred candidates must be placed into a permanent or contract role by Potentia within 12 months of referral.
Referred candidates must be eligible to work in New Zealand at the time of referral.
The referral bonus will be paid within 14 days of the referred candidate starting their new role.
It is the referrer’s responsibility to contact Potentia in order to claim their reward.
There are no limits to the number of referrals a referrer can make.
Potentia reserves the right to offer a substitute reward of the same value should the requested reward not be available or considered appropriate by Potentia
Potentia reserves the right to alter or terminate this referral programme at any time without prior notice.
Potentia’s decision regarding a candidate’s referral is final.
