Job Summary:

You will be joining a significant project aimed at revolutionising how New Zealand's leading energy provider interacts with its customers. Your expertise in designing forward-thinking solutions across salesforce platforms, customer journey optimisations, contact centres, and digital channels will play a crucial role. The work kicks off at a strategic phase where your input will directly shape the delivery of core business capabilities, propelling both business growth and an enhanced customer experience.

 
The Skills and Experience We Need You to Bring:
  • Extensive experience working as a Solutions Architect in a large scale enterprise environment
  • Proven expertise with Salesforce and its ecosystem
  • Strong background in designing customer journey maps
  • Experience with contact centre technologies, including voice, chat, email routing and queuing
  • Knowledge of workforce management strategies
  • Proficiency in digital and web experience optimisation

  • Location Flexibility: Yes, hybrid with regular onsite meetings based in Auckland
