The Skills and Experience We Need You to Bring:
- Extensive experience working as a Solutions Architect in a large scale enterprise environment
- Proven expertise with Salesforce and its ecosystem
- Strong background in designing customer journey maps
- Experience with contact centre technologies, including voice, chat, email routing and queuing
- Knowledge of workforce management strategies
- Proficiency in digital and web experience optimisation
