Completely self-managed, our drop in wellbeing discovery sessions are all about helping you be your best self in the workplace – without sacrificing your mental health. Simply book in a 30-minute slot with our in-house wellbeing expert, Gayle Johnston, as and when you need support (these sessions are held over the phone).
