The Role:

As a Service Delivery Engineer, your day-to-day activities will revolve around service support and problem-solving. You'll be deeply involved in triaging incidents, providing feedback and resolutions, and escalating issues when necessary. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing support tickets and ensuring adherence to SLAs.
• Collaborating with third parties and managing communication for allocated incidents.
• Enhancing the customer experience through effective problem resolution.
• Supporting the Service Desk and contributing to service management processes.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience in service delivery within a tech environment, minimum 4 years experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
• Experienced in resolving integration issues (EDI/XML), FTP
• Proficiency in SQL and Windows server management.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams.
• Eagerness to contribute to service improvement and customer satisfaction.
