About the role

We’re partnering with a large government agency embarking on a significant ERP transformation.  We're looking to connect with experienced Business Analysts who have a strong background in ERP systems, ideally SAP (ECC6 or S/4HANA), and a track record of delivering process improvements in complex environments.

Key focus areas include:

🔹 e-Invoicing / Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Efficiencies

• Process improvement across invoice management (supplier and customer sides)
• Strong documentation and process mapping skills
• Exposure to ERP systems – ideally SAP, but other invoice systems considered
• Knowledge of accounts payable/receivable processes
• Familiarity with AOG finance and procurement process design
• Experience working in Agile environments with release planning
• Involvement in PO system implementations and working across parallel workstreams

🔹 Contract Management

• Hands-on experience implementing or improving contract management systems
• Understanding of full contract lifecycle: initiation, purchasing, invoicing, and ongoing maintenance
• Skilled in documentation including training materials and manuals
• Testing experience in contract/procurement systems is desirable
• Ariba or similar tool experience preferred
• SAP ERP and AOG procurement experience a plus
• Agile delivery experience, particularly with PO system rollouts
