The Role

• Lead the design and development of a sophisticated rebalancing engine that automates investment decisions
• Work across .NET, Angular, and AWS to deliver scalable, high-performing functionality (Backend experience preferred)
• Translate complex mathematical and financial models into clean, maintainable code
• Guide architectural design, sprint planning, and ensure high-quality code delivery
• Collaborate with stakeholders in a cross-functional team environment to align product features with business goals
• Act as a product engineer – owning both the how and the why behind what's being built
• Bring technical direction to the team and contribute to shaping product strategy
• Identify opportunities to improve engineering practices, architecture, and development tools

Your Fit

• You have strong full-stack development experience with .NET (C#) and Angular, ideally in AWS environments
• You hold a qualification in mathematics or have proven experience designing solutions based on mathematical or algorithmic models.
• You bring a product mindset – comfortable engaging in discovery, experimentation, and feedback loops
• You understand modern software practices – TDD, CI/CD, automated testing, and cloud-based deployment
• You thrive as a collaborative team player who can work effectively in cross-functional settings
• Experience in financial services or investment sectors would be beneficial but not essential
• You're keen to work in a highly autonomous environment where you can truly make an impacts
