About the role:
We're seeking a proactive and organised Project Coordinator to support a high-impact immunisation team. This contract role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment and enjoys bringing structure to complex programmes with national significance.
You'll be the organisational backbone of a high-impact immunisation programme, ensuring seamless coordination across communications, document workflows and reporting cycles. Your role involves managing SharePoint, supporting the team through busy reporting periods and enabling the broader group to deliver against national health targets. Expect plenty of variety, collaboration and the chance to contribute meaningfully to public health outcomes.
What you’ll bring:
- Min 5 years proven experience as a Project Administrator or coordinator
- Proven project coordination or senior administrative experience
- Proficiency with SharePoint, MS Suite, Outlook and similar digital platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and dealing with multiple stakeholders
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Strong multitasking abilities and grace under pressure
- Ability to effectively prioritise business requirements and available resources.
- Collaborative mindset with flexibility to support wherever needed
- Health, government, or fast-moving sector experience advantageous
