The Role:
• Provide technical leadership and strategic guidance through IT Roadmaps and client presentations
• Implement complex infrastructure projects with full ownership from planning to delivery
• Act as escalation point for Service Desk, troubleshooting intricate technical issues
• Maintain client systems to company standards while building strong customer relationships
• Define and improve internal processes, ensuring robust documentation and knowledge sharing
• Participate in after-hours support rotation as required
 
Your Fit:
• Proven experience delivering technical solutions in Small to Medium environments
• Strong systematic problem-solving approach with excellent communication skills
• Solid knowledge across networking and Microsoft technologies
• Experience with infrastructure support and operational excellence
• Self-motivated with ability to manage complex workloads independently
• Professional qualifications (MCSA or equivalent) highly regarded
