The Role:
You'll own solution design and analysis, understanding business requirements and proposing technical solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing systems. Lead new customer onboarding onto their platform, ensuring smooth transitions and successful go-lives. Manage solution delivery projects from conception to completion, keeping things on track and within budget. Work closely with both internal teams and external partners, facilitating workshops and translating needs into actionable technology solutions. Continuously evaluate and improve existing processes to enhance system performance and customer experience.

Your Fit:
You'll have a tertiary qualification in IT or Business Studies with 3-5 years of experience in solution design and stakeholder engagement across both technical and business functions. Experience in agile environments is preferred. You're analytical yet personable, comfortable facilitating workshops and communicating complex concepts clearly. Familiarity with business analysis tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Visio, plus data tools like SQL, will serve you well. Any exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) or logistics domains (WMS, TMS, ERP) would be a bonus, but your ability to bridge technical and business worlds matters more.
