In this role, you will elicit, document and validate comprehensive business requirements across enterprise platforms, translating complex business needs into actionable technical specifications. You’ll develop detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, actively managing product backlog refinement and prioritisation while acting as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and clear communication. Partnering closely with implementation teams and internal stakeholders, you’ll lead requirements analysis, facilitate cross-functional collaboration and drive product ownership activities, including roadmap development and feature prioritisation. You’ll document end-to-end business processes, support comprehensive testing strategies and champion change management initiatives to ensure successful system adoption. Drawing on your expertise across various development methodologies, you’ll promote best practices and deliver high-quality outcomes throughout the project lifecycle.

What you’ll bring:

• Minimum 5+ years as a Business Analyst on complex projects, ideally with enterprise system platforms
• Proven experience in product ownership, including backlog management and stakeholder engagement 
• Strong ability to develop user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and dealing with multiple stakeholders, with a talent for driving change acceptance
• Technical curiosity to understand the 'why' behind requirements and break complexity into simplicity
• Proven experience with various software development methodologies and project lifecycle management
• Outstanding problem-solving abilities and conceptual thinking skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
