Why this role matters
This is a founding engineer role. Integrations are the backbone of the platform - without them, context stays fragmented. You’ll be the one designing how data flows across systems from day one. Joining this early means your pipelines and decisions will directly determine how the platform scales globally.

What you’ll do

• Design integrations and APIs across core systems
• Build two-way stateful syncs with conflict resolution
• Develop queues, retries, and event-driven pipelines
• Troubleshoot and optimise live integrations
• Document best practices and mentor others

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years in integration/software engineering
• Node.js + TypeScript fluency
• Experience with RESTful APIs, data formats, and event-driven architecture
• Cloud experience (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Strong instincts for edge cases and designing resilient systems
