- Oversee and develop the internal GitLab server and ensure stability of all CI/CD processes
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines - including baseline checks, security scanning, staging systems, release automation, and distribution workflows (e.g. via RSYNC)
- Support internal IT operations alongside the Systems Manager (staff workstation setup, VPNs, basic networking)
- Assist in managing subscription and SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Slack, Bitwarden, email) including onboarding/offboarding staff
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (developers, ML engineers, artists, operators) to design DevOps systems that are intuitive and usable beyond engineering
- Help manage the flow of large digital assets (stadium models, golf courses, etc.),ensuring they integrate cleanly into product pipelines and releases
Your Fit - Core Skills
- Proven experience in DevOps or Systems Engineering, with solid Linux and Windows administration skills
- Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab preferred) including automation, security checks, and release management
- Hands-on experience with containerisation (Docker) and orchestration concepts
- Comfort working across APIs, integrations, and systems that connect multiple tools
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex processes for different user groups
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to support teams with diverse technical backgrounds
Bonus Skills (Areas to grow into)
- Experience managing Proxmox or similar virtualisation platforms.
- Exposure to cloud environments (AWS in particular)
- Familiarity with digital asset pipelines and large-scale content management
- Background in automation scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Security awareness and experience implementing best practices in public-facing systems
- Some level of programming and debugging skill
