About the role:
You’ll help shape a scalable integrations marketplace that lets customers and partners connect quickly and reliably. You’ll turn partner and customer needs into a clear roadmap, define the standards for APIs and connectors and work closely with engineering to deliver quality integrations. This is a practical, execution-focused role where you’ll balance near-term delivery with building a sustainable platform. If you enjoy rolling up your sleeves, making smart trade-offs and steadily growing adoption, this is a strong fit.
- Define and deliver the integrations roadmap (APIs, connectors, partner enablement)
- Run discovery with customers/partners; translate needs into clear requirements
- Prioritise connectors and improve developer experience (docs, onboarding, support)
- Collaborate with engineering on design, quality, and scalability
- Track adoption, time-to-integrate, and ROI; iterate based on data
- Support go-to-market with internal teams for partner launches
- Proven Product Manager experience across integrations/APIs/platforms
- Comfortable in smaller organisations; pragmatic and hands-on
- Experience across utilities, energy, water, telco, or asset-intensive sector exposure is a plus
- Proven technical fluency with APIs/webhooks/integration patterns; strong collaborator
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and dealing with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent stakeholder management across multiple business units, vendors and senior leaders
