The opportunity:

Join an AI-native advisory and venture studio to scale an established AI advisory practice across APAC. You’ll shape delivery playbooks and lead strategic engagements with C‑suite clients across New Zealand, Australia, and Hong Kong. This is a key leadership role with genuine scope to scale a high-performing team, evolve service offerings, and grow a sustainable P&L. You’ll translate complex business challenges into practical AI strategies and roadmaps, then drive them through to production with a human-centric approach. The role:

• Lead end-to-end AI advisory from discovery to production delivery
• Serve as senior AI advisor on priority client engagements
• Scale, mentor, and hire across a high-performing advisory team
• Own pipeline growth; foster executive client relationships
• Shape go-to-market, methods, and responsible AI governance
• Develop reusable assets, playbooks, and delivery systems across APAC

Your fit:

• 10+ years across software/AI/data with leadership in consulting
• Proven C‑suite advisory on AI strategy and GenAI adoption
• Depth in LLMs, RAG, agents, ML lifecycle, data architecture, and SDLC
• Strong programme/project leadership; outcome-oriented
• Product and change management experience beneficial
• Pragmatic player‑coach; humble, curious, and globally minded
