About the role:
As the senior coordinator, you will be the connective tissue for a whole-of-organisation service model programme. You’ll stand up cross-functional teams, bring order to a low-maturity environment, keep delivery moving and support business case development to key milestones. Success looks like clear rhythms, tidy artefacts, crisp communication and calmly facilitated sessions that align diverse stakeholders. If you’re pragmatic, adaptable and happy to roll up your sleeves, while role-modelling flexible, agile ways of working, this is for you.

  • Coordinate multiple workstreams and keep schedules, governance rhythms, and actions on track.
  • Stand up cross-functional teams; set up Teams sites and document repositories.
  • Own admin excellence: meetings, minutes, action tracking, version control, and filing.
  • Host the design room; support big-room planning and project kick-offs.
  • Support business case development activity through to key milestones.
  • Work closely with programme leadership, core team, SMEs, and new cross-functional teams.

What you’ll bring:
  • Proven Senior-level project coordination in complex, multi-workstream environments, with a minimum of 6 years of experience.
  • Comfortable in low-maturity project/change settings; add lightweight structure quickly.
  • Broad coordination and admin, with depth in planning and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven strong written communication; clear minutes, ToR, comms and exec-ready packs.
  • Confident facilitator across levels; able to walk through plans and artefacts.
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 and Teams sites, disciplined document management.
  • Agile mindset; flex frameworks and pivot approach without losing momentum.
  • Proven experience in organisational change, service design, data/ICT useful, higher education a bonus.
