Deliverables/Purpose:

We're looking for a seasoned product owner to join a passionate team who provide software solutions to Australia and New Zealand customers. Lead user discovery and internal workshops, translate insights into clear specs, prioritise and manage the backlog, and align delivery to outcomes. You'll bridge between stakeholders, users and engineering to keep value front and centre. 

Skills and Experience:

• Proven Product Owner/Manager experience in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)
• Skilled at backlog management, prioritisation, and stakeholder alignment.
• Critical thinker who probes root causes and validates assumptions.
• Comfort moving between detail and the wider business context.
• Strong communicator (verbal and written); confident facilitating sessions.
• Commercial nous; able to link product decisions to outcomes and adoption.
• Proactive in sourcing user input when access is limited.
• Collaborative team player who builds rapport quickly.
