Data Engineer
About the role
Why You Would Like It:
- Impact work across analytics and AI use cases
- Small, high-trust team with real autonomy
- Clear growth to Senior
- Auckland hybrid: 2 days in-office, flexible
- Modern stack
Join a tight-knit Auckland team building the data platform that powers analytics and AI products. You’ll own pipelines end to end, help choose the right tools, and lift data quality across the business. It’s a great time to join: the foundations are in, the roadmap is busy, and there’s room to influence patterns, standards, and ways of working. You’ll collaborate with engineers and analysts, ship measurable improvements, and document for scale. If you’re motivated by growth, you’ll have a clear path to Senior in 12–24 months, with opportunities to lead a squad over time. Hybrid working with at least two days a week in the office.
